1. Rental nature: The shed remains the property of Rent-A-Shed. This is a monthly rental; it is not rent-to-own and does not transfer ownership.
2. Installation fee: A one-time, non-refundable installation fee is charged upfront and covers delivery and on-site assembly only.
3. Rent: Monthly rent begins when installation is completed and the shed is available for use. Your first full month's rent is charged the day your rental is activated (installation complete), then full monthly rent bills automatically on that same day each month — a month from your completion day, every month. No proration — rent is always billed in full months.
4. Use: The shed is for storage use at the approved installation address. The customer is responsible for site preparation and any required permits or property/park permissions.
5. Maintenance: The customer agrees to maintain reasonable care. Owner-approved maintenance obligations are to be confirmed.
6. Termination: Cancellation, return, and pickup are governed by the billing & cancellation policy. A cancellation request does not by itself constitute return of the shed.
7. Changes: Material changes to the payment schedule require renewed customer approval.
