Choose a size and optional ramp
Pick the shed that fits your space and add the optional one-time ramp if you want it.
Submit your property details
Tell us your address, access notes, and timing. We review access and confirm installation arrangements.
Pay the installation fee online
After approval, pay the one-time installation fee (plus ramp and applicable taxes) through secure checkout.
We assemble it at your home
Prefabricated components are brought to your property and assembled on site.
First rent starts on completion
Your first full month's rent is charged the day your rental is activated, then on that same day each month — a month from your completion day, every month. No proration.
Recurring rent on your day
Full monthly rent bills automatically on the same calendar day each month as your completion date — no proration.
Preferred dates are requests, not guaranteed slots. We confirm arrangements with you after reviewing your property. We don't promise instant delivery or a specific construction time.
